I am a freelancer in the video industry, if you could say Denver even has such an industry that in fact supports a freelance career. I shoot, edit, create animation, graphics and websites. Although I don’t get much opportunity on my projects here in Denver, I really like doing visusal effects and advanced compositing using tools like Shake and Nuke.

I once was a trainer at an Apple Store (one of the first 2 in Colorado actually) and so I received all the certifications on Apple Pro Apps while in Cupertino. I graduated from the Art Institute of Colorado in 2004 with an Associates in Video Production, and I’ve been a skydiver since 1995. So I’m pretty well rounded with experiences.

I have been in business creating visual content for broadcast, web, DVD, and many other mediums since 2002. I have handled literally hundreds of TV commercials for several businesses in the Denver Metro area by creating unique and creative visual elements, ad campaign stories, and 3D animations to showcase my clients products and services. I have also helped to develop and improve workflows for other production companies, guiding them through the new technologies within the video industry.

Additionally, I create and maintain a few websites for many clients from the most simple and clean, to moderately advanced sites using CSS, XHTML, Javascript, and/ or Flash animations. When there is a need, I also do photography as well. I’ve even began selling some of my stuff as stock photography.
